Disclosures
What we are, what we are not, and what that means for you.
Our status
Gemini Trade is a technology platform. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank or exchange, and we are not supervised as one. Nothing published here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
We do not hold client money in a regulated custody arrangement and we are not covered by a deposit-guarantee scheme. Funds you deposit are not insured against loss.
Nature of the returns
Profit is generated by arbitrage between trading venues: buying an asset where it is priced lower and selling where it is priced higher, many times per session. Nothing is lent out, nothing is staked, and no position is taken on the direction of the market.
Because opportunities depend on market conditions, results vary. Individual trades close at a loss, and a session can finish below its target.
Figures shown on this site
Percentages and amounts anywhere on this site — the landing page, the calculator, the plan cards, the dashboard — describe how the engine is configured and what recent sessions produced. They are illustrations, not offers or guarantees.
The calculator projects from those same configured rates. It is a model of the product, not a forecast of the market.
Past performance does not indicate future results. This is not a formality: an arbitrage engine's output is a direct function of how volatile and fragmented the market is on a given day.
Limits that apply to every account
Each account carries a lifetime earning potential — a multiple of everything ever deposited — and a daily budget that is a share of the same figure. When either is reached, sessions stop, for the day or for good, until a further deposit raises the ceiling.
These limits are published on the plan pages and shown live on your dashboard. They are the mechanism by which the platform can commit to defined rates at all, and they apply to every account equally.
Jurisdiction
The platform is not offered where its use would be unlawful. You are responsible for determining whether you may use it where you live, and for any tax arising from your activity on it.
