The short version

The platform runs on a small amount of local browser storage and does not set tracking cookies. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics on this site today.

What is stored

Your session token, which is what keeps you signed in between page loads. Without it you would be asked to sign in on every screen.

Interface preferences: chart type and timeframe, which overlays you turned on, whether trade sounds are enabled, and similar choices that should survive a refresh.

The identifier of your support conversation, so a chat continues where it left off rather than starting over.

A record of your cookie choice, so this banner is not shown to you again on every visit.

Why this needs no consent

European rules require consent for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service the user has asked for. Everything listed above is necessary in exactly that sense: it exists to deliver the product you signed in to use, and none of it profiles you or follows you elsewhere.

Nothing in that storage leaves your browser except the token that authenticates your own requests to us.

If that changes

If we ever add analytics or an advertising pixel, non-essential storage will be requested through the consent banner before anything is set, and refusing will be exactly as easy as accepting — the same size button, in the same place.

Managing it

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser's site settings. Doing so signs you out and resets your interface preferences. It does not affect your balance, your history or your account.

Cookies set by your own browser extensions, your employer's network, or your internet provider are outside our control.
